  cr = crime rate (number of crimes per resident)
 inc = median income
  hs = percent of residents with at least a high school
       education (of those aged at least 25)
 urb = the percent of the county's residents living in an
       urban environment
 fem = percent of households headed by females
  un = unemployment rate (times 10, apparently).
