Section 4398 (Students in Emily Leary’s Monday 1st lab section): If you looked at your schedule on ISIS on Monday, you may have noticed a  small glitch in the scheduling of your STA 2023 class. ISIS listed NPB 1001 9th period, CBD 220 M1st AND  CBD 110 Thursday 6th period as required class times. The Thursday 6th period listing was a mistake.  You should not attend that period. If you look at your schedule today on ISIS, you will notice that the other time has been removed. It lists the correct sections now: NPB 1001 9th period, and CBD 220 M 1st.

How the course is structured:

Each STA 2023 section has two main parts: a lecture and a lab component.

Lab: Each student must attend each lab in person at their scheduled time. This is the one period section listed on the course catalog. You will be required to attend this section.

Lecture: There are two ways to watch the lecture: live or on streaming video. You may do either regardless of the section for which you are registered.

• The live lecture will be held 9th period MWF in NPB 1001 or 7th period in Norman G520. Please note that the Norman G520 room only seats 25 students. Seats will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. After the first week of classes, there is always room in both NPB 1001 and Norman G520.

• The online lecture will be posted on this webpage for the first couple of weeks of the semester. The lectures will then move into a password protected website after that. Please check back here on the first day of classes. The lecture will appear here at the end of the day.
