p. 193, Heading of Table 7.7: Six should be Five

p. 201, In Table 7.8, Column Headings for Teenage Birth Control should be reversed

p. 207, The formulas in Table 8.2 and in the paragraph above in p. 207 and in the formulas on p. 208 should be

$$\log(\hat\pi_1/\hat\pi_3) = 1.618 - 0.110x$$

$$\log(\hat\pi_2/\hat\pi_3) = 5.697 - 2.465x$$

$$\log(\hat\pi_1/\hat\pi_2) = -4.080 + 2.355x$$

The std errors in Table 8.2 should be (.517) and (.900).

p. 208, line 1 should be $\exp(2.355) = 10.5$, and test statistic on line 6 should be 16.8.

p. 210, line 6, $G^2 = 0.9$ should be $G^2 = 0.8$.
