LOCATION: Columbus, OH

SALARY: 50 – 80K
 
REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate will have a Master's in statistics plus at least 5 years' experience, or
a PhD, or equivalent. This position requires expertise in advanced statistical design and analysis techniques.
Experience with PCs and statistical software packages such as SAS, SPSS, or S-PLUS is required. Course
work in regression, ANOVA, and experimental design is required. Ideal candidates will enjoy working with
both computers and people. Candidates are required to possess good inter-personal skills and have the ability
to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Desired qualifications include experience at providing
support in statistical design and analysis to engineers or scientists. Coursework or research experience in
chemistry, engineering, health, or other applied research fields is desired.

SUMMARY: Conduct and/or participate in assigned projects with a minimum of supervision and within time
and budget constraints; supervise one to three team members as necessary; maintain both formal and informal
communications and good relationships with internal and external clients; assume responsibility for reports and
presentations; achieve high technical quality in assigned projects; prepare, present, and follow-up on
proposals; plan and carry out appropriate self-development activities; help mentor and train less experienced
personnel.
