Postdoctoral Fellow

The Division of Biostatistics of the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer
Center at Johns Hopkins University is inviting applications for
positions at the level of Postdoctoral Fellow. The scope of the
fellowship is to do research, within an interdisciplinary team
coordinated by Giovanni Parmigiani, on the development and application
of methods for genomics research across multiple studies.

Suitable applicants will hold a PhD in computer science, statistics, or
biostatistics. Candidates with a PhD in areas of genetics or molecular
biology, and substantial quantitative expertise, are also strongly
encouraged to apply. The Division offers an ideal environment for
initiating a strong independent research program in computational
biology and genomics/bioinformatics. The Division has also strong
research and teaching connections with the Departments of Biostatistics
and of Molecular Microbiology & Immunology in the Bloomberg School of
Public Health.
