Tenure track candidates should have a Ph.D. in statistics, demonstrated
ability in teaching including an interest in teaching introductory
statistics in a laboratory oriented environment, and demonstrated potential
in scholarship. Preference will be given to those interested in teaching
applied statistics courses; consulting with faculty, undergraduate and
graduate students in other disciplines; and/or working with undergraduates
in research. Instructor candidates should have a masters degree in
statistics. Candidates should be interested in teaching introductory
statistics in a laboratory oriented environment, developing and
coordinating laboratory activities for use in introductory statistics
courses, and consulting with faculty, undergraduate and graduate students
in other disciplines.
