Assistant or Associate Professor of Statistics/Biostatistics
 (Tenure-Track)

The Department of Health Care Policy, Harvard Medical School, is a multidisciplinary research department with subject-matter specialists in health services research, health economics, and medical sociology. Methodological interests of the Statistics Group include hierarchical modeling, analysis of observational data, causal inference, applied Bayesian methodology, and design & analysis of surveys.  We seek a PhD (Bio) Statistician with interests in these or other relevant areas. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team are essential.  Position begins July 2002 or earlier.
