Postdoctoral/Research Associate Position

Non-profit research foundation has openings for one or two postdoctoral/research associate positions to work on the development of statistical methods and models for HIV and cell dynamics, with applications to data from AIDS clinical trials. The positions may also involve collaboration with the faculty and biostatisticians at Harvard School of Public Health. Preferred research areas include nonparametric regression methods, curve data analysis, survival analysis, Bayesian methods, clinical trial simulations, state-space models and Kalman filter, mixed-effects models, and longitudinal data analysis. Strong C or Fortran programming skills and interactions with Splus are preferred. The scientific environment is conducive to professional development for those anticipating a career in either academic or pharmaceutical environment.
