Assistant Professor (2)

     The School of Mathematics and Statistics invites applications for two tenure track positions at the rank of Assistant
     Professor starting July 1, 2004 (in addition to the previously advertised position).  Applicants should have a Ph.D. in
     Mathematics, Statistics, or related areas, potential for research demonstrated by post-doctoral experience or publication
     record and a strong commitment to excellence in teaching. The School is particularly interested in candidates who are
     actively engaged in research in applied algebra, biomathematics/biostatistics, computational mathematics; however
     outstanding candidates in all areas of mathematics or statistics will be considered. More information about the School
