Function:
This position will be responsible for development & implementation of decision
logic and predictive models for the following areas: 1. Customer Management 2.
Customer Attrition 3. External data evaluation and modeling.  The incumbent
will also work with Customer Management Capability Team or Data Supplier
Management Team to enhance various Modeling systems for supporting next
generation of models. He/She will also work jointly with Customer Management
Team, Attrition Team or Data Supplier to ensure flawless executions of
modeling solutions.

Requirement:
Strong analytical & problem solving skills. Excellent verbal, written, and
interpersonal communication skills.  Strong analytical background with advanced
degree in decision science related fields preferred.  Experience/knowledge of
Credit Risk Manageme is a plus.
