One of our clients, a major pharmaceutical organization, is seeking a Business Analyst with 3+ years in statistical analysis, econometrics, sales forecasting or database marketing. Ideal candidate must possess demonstrated expertise with SAS or SPSS. Must have experience with non-linear regression, time-series panel data analysis, segmentation, choice modeling (logistic, logit or probit), or neural networks. Consulting experience strongly preferred along with an ability to interpret customer needs and accomodate accordingly. Candidate will be responsible for applying marketing theory and database marketing techniques to create customer segmentation and predictive targeting models. Will also play a key role in the development and deployment of promotion mix models and decision support tools. Candidate must also analyze sales data, marketing campaigns, sales force call activity, and customer relationship programs to determine promotion impact and measure ROI.
