Assistant Professor Position

The Department of Statistics at the University of Florida anticipates an opening for a tenure-accruing position at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning Fall, 2001. Candidates must be committed to developing an independent research program in statistics and/or probability and have a strong interest in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.

A Ph.D. in statistics or probability is required. Good oral communication skills are expected.
