The Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics of the University of North Texas Health Science Center School of Public Health has several tenure-track positions at the Assistant Professor level starting in September 2001. The faculty member will participate in the teaching of graduate-level courses, advise graduate students and develop an independent research program. The candidates should have a doctoral degree in biostatistics or statistics, have a strong interest/experience in the application of biostatistics to public health, exhibit the potential for a strong publication record in the peer-reviewed biostatistics and collaborative literature, and have demonstrated excellence in teaching.
