Associate Director I

Build on your excellent research and consulting skills as you join our Statistical Research Group to provide PhD-level statistical and mathematical expertise, especially in scientific and statistical computing, and conduct methodological research. You'll develop and maintain an active research program in areas of importance to the pharmaceutical industry, such as genomics, bioinformatics, neural networks, complex adaptive systems, pattern recognition, and analysis of high-dimensional data. This job requires a PhD in Statistics or Mathematics (or equivalent) and a strong background in scientific computing combined with biology, chemistry, or physics. The ideal candidate will have an established publication level, and (if coming from academia), be at the tenured Associate/Full Professor level.
