The Department of Biostatistics at the Harvard School of Public Health has an immediate vacancy for a Research Scientist track position in the Center for Biostatistics in AIDS Research (CBAR). The successful applicant will join a group of over 50 statisticians as a senior biostatistician with the Pediatric AIDS Clinical Trials Group (PACTG) and with other CBAR projects. Primary responsibilities will include collaborating in Phase I and II multi-center clinical trials and related epidemiologic studies. An international component is a possibility. The position requires a PhD in Biostatistics. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to conduct collaborative and methodologic research, and have an interest in assuming a leadership role within the PACTG and at CBAR. The level within the Research Scientist track will be based on the applicant's qualifications.
