Data Manager

Manage and assure the integrity of data collected from a multi-site, NIH-funded study of HIV/AIDS. Major responsibilities include implementing and maintaining protocols for data conversion and integration; ensuring data quality through development and maintenance of quality assurance activities; maintaining a national repository database; processing data requests; and communicating with offsite collaborators regarding data quality issues. Position requires a Bachelor?s with strong SAS programming experience. Experience with Unix and multi-platform PC database systems (MS Access, SQL Server, and OBDC), public health or biomedical background, and high level of programming preferred. Statistical Programmers/Analysts

Major responsibilities include collaboration with statisticians, epidemiologists, project coordinators and other investigators in data analysis, study design, development and management of database applications and development of new statistical and epidemiological methods. Also involves preparation of reports and presentations for scientific meetings. Positions require a BS with quantitative background and strong SAS programming experience. MS and statistics/biostatistics degree preferred. Experience with Unix, public health or biomedical background and other statistical packages desired. Competitive salaries and excellent benefits.
