Biostatistician (PhD)
This individual will provide expertise in the experimental design, management and analysis of data from our pharmacogenomics, infectious diseases and human disease programs. The ideal candidate will have a number of years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry with personal involvement in the clinical trial drug approval process and be currently employed by a pharmaceutical/biotech company, CRO or other institution supporting human clinical trials. Requires a PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics, 2- years of experience in data analysis, ability to communicate effectively with scientists and a solid mastery of statistical software such as SAS, SPSS, or Splus. Other desirable skills include UNI X, programming in a language such as C and experience managing projects. Knowledge of molecular biology and/or genetics and experience with the analysis of gene expression and genetic data is a plus.
Biostatistician (MS)
Work with statisticians on management and analysis of data in our infectious disease, human disease, sequencing and pharamcogenomics programs. Implement and extend statistical methods for genetic data. Requires 2+ years of experience in data analysis, ability to communicate effectively with scientists and balance priorities, a solid mastery of statistical software such as SAS, SPSS or Splus. Other desirable skills include UNIX and programming in a language such as C. Knowledge of molecular biology and/or genetics would be a plus.
