Data Processing Analyst Job # 6-13-0003-2
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Data Processing Analyst position is a full-time, entry-level position within the Analytics group at Clarity Services. Key responsibilities include: • Prepare datasets for Business Analysts and Scientists (Statistical Analysts) within Analytics team • Conduct data “quality control” activities – review input and output data for accuracy • Provide reporting to validate data integrity and monitor overall data trends • Develop scripts to facilitate data extraction, data formatting, file transmission for various Analytics initiatives • Maintain updated Clarity data dictionary for all Clarity data attributes for internal and external distribution • Serve as liaison between Analytics and other Clarity groups (IT, Product) for numerous Clarity and third-party data initiatives • Assist Business Analysts and Scientists with client data requests • Participate in other initiatives to enhance efficiency of Analytics group • Document Analytics group data processes
Position Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in related field (applied math, statistics, engineering, computer science, business…) • 0 to 2 years of work experience • Experience working with large data sets (creation, formatting, cleansing, transmitting…) • Ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive deadlines • Technical background with business acumen • Familiarity with SQL • Permanent residency required
