Position Title: Postdoctoral Associate

Duties & Responsibilities: Successful candidate will be conducting research in two areas. The first is the development of novel statistical methods for the analysis of high-dimensional omics data. Experiences in methodology, theory, and computation will be equally welcome. The second area is the analysis of cancer genetic and genomic data generated in ongoing high-throughput profiling studies. The postdoctoral associate will be supervised by Dr. Shuangge Ma (Department of Biostatistics, School of Public Health). Position Qualifications: A Ph.D. degree in statistics or biostatistics or a related area. Research experiences in genetics and genomics and strong computation skills preferred. Experiences with large databases such as dbGap or TCGA will be a plus.
