Position Title: Assistant Professor

Duties & Responsibilities: Faculty members in the College of Liberal Arts are expected to maintain an active program of scholarly research; develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses; mentor graduate students; and contribute service to the department, college, university, and profession that is appropriate for their rank.

Position Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Quantitative Psychology/Psychometrics, Statistics or related field is required. Candidates will be evaluated according to the overall quality of their academic preparation and scholarly work, evidence of research ability, ability to make an interdisciplinary contribution, commitment to high-quality classroom instruction and student mentoring, and the strength of recommendations. A successful candidate's dossier will demonstrate scholarly distinction, a record of publications, and teaching commitment.
