Duties & Responsibilities:
The Department of Mathematics, with strong commitment in first-class research and nurturing high-quality students, now invites applications for a Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor position in Statistics, or an area which complements the department’s research profile.
Position Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a relevant PhD Degree in Statistics and a good research record. Teaching experience is preferred. He/She is expected to be an energetic and motivated person who would participate actively in current research and teaching programmes of the department. Candidates with substantial teaching experience and a strong record of scholarly achievements will be considered for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor / Professor.
Salary Range:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
