Position Title: Post doctoral Associate

Duties & Responsibilities: We are inviting applicants to a Post doctoral Associate position emphasizing the development of new statistical methods for analyzing genetic and genomic data on human complex diseases and traits. More specifically, our work focuses on the new statistical approaches for (1) analysis of next-generation sequencing data, (2) analysis of DNA methylation data and (3) analysis of how genetic, epigenetic variants, and environmental factors interact with each other on complex human diseases and traits.

Position Qualifications: The candidate should have a doctoral degree in statistics, biostatistics, computer science or other related fields. Candidates with strong quantitative research background and computing experience working with large scale data are desirable. Strong computational and communication skills are essential for the position.
