Position Title: FULL OR ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

Duties & Responsibilities: The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Section of Behavioral and Social Statistics, Department of Biostatistics, Division of Quantitative Sciences, in joint collaboration with the Departments of Behavioral Science and Health Disparities Research, is accepting applications for a full or associate professor, tenured or tenure-track scholar in quantitative psychology/behavioral and social statistics.

Position Qualifications: Qualifications include a doctoral degree in biostatistics, quantitative psychology, or a closely related field, a record of publications in respected peer-reviewed journals, and a record of obtaining peer-reviewed funding. Successful candidates will be expected to collaborate with investigators in the Departments of Behavioral Science and Health Disparities Research on a wide variety of population-based, behavioral science research projects related to cancer prevention and methodological research. Appropriate areas of methodological research include, but are not limited to, multilevel model (e.g., linear mixed model, multilevel autoregressive model), meditational analysis, statistical power analysis, structural equation modeling (general and latent variable), and analysis of correlated data, time series analysis, missing data, measurement error, and analysis of ecological momentary assessment, and real-time physiologic sensor data.
