Position Title: Postdoctoral Fellow Position in Biostatistics and Bioinformatics

Duties & Responsibilities:

Position Qualifications: immediate opening for a postdoctoral position in statistics, biostatistics or bioinformatics. Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, bioinformatics or other related disciplines is required. This position requires research background and experience in high-throughput data and high-dimensional functional data analysis and modeling, in particular, analysis of “-omics” data, imaging data and network data from biomedical experiments, and experience in high-dimensional Bayesian data analysis is a plus. Demonstrated evidence of good computational and collaboration skills and capability of methodological research is essential. The postdoctoral appointment is one year with possible renewal for more years subject to performance and funding availability. The scientific environment is conducive to professional development for those anticipating a career in either a methodological research or a biomedical collaboration setting.
