Position Title: Tenure Track Assistant Prof. of Statistics

Duties & Responsibilities: Publication in refereed journals and a record of effective teaching is an expectation for tenure. We especially encourage applicants whose research interests lie in Ecology and Wildlife Science; also, there are many opportunities for collaboration with researchers in other fields, such as Biology, Psychology, Statistics Education, Engineering, etc. This position will involve teaching two courses per semester, at the graduate and/or undergraduate level, in statistics. Summer teaching assignments and funded collaborative work with research institutes are commonly available.

Position Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. in statistics or a closely related area, which should be completed by the start of employment.
