Position Title: Assistant Professor

Duties & Responsibilities: The new faculty is expected to demonstrate excellence in methodological research in Statistics, teaching at both graduate and undergraduate levels, and supervision of students, and with evidence of published research in leading areas of applications in science and technology. The new faculty will have the opportunity to interact on research projects with scientists at the new Techno Park research facility in Connecticut.

Position Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: candidates must hold a PhD degree in Statistics or Biostatistics. Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with strong focus on interdisciplinary research, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. The preferred candidate will demonstrate the ability to contribute through research, teaching, and/or public engagement to the diversity and excellence of the learning experience.

Salary Range: Salary is competitive based on experience and qualifications.
