Postdoc Position (Mathematics or Statistics)
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Department of Mathematical Sciences at The University of Texas at El Paso invites applications for a POSTDOC position starting fall 2013. This non-tenure track position primary responsibility is research.
Position Qualifications:
Applicants should have an earned Ph.D. with a dissertation in Mathematics or Statistics. Candidates with research interests in financial mathematics, applied mathematics and related areas, such as computational math or statistics, are especially encouraged to apply. Good communication skills and excellence in research are essential. Appointments are for two years.
Salary Range:
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
