Position Title: Postdoctoral Fellow

Duties & Responsibilities: The Yale Keck Biotechnology Center and the Yale Center for Medical Informatics are jointly offering a two-year postdoctoral fellowship supported by the National Library of Medicine. Individuals interested in the development and implementation of bioinformatics/statistical methods for research focused on the analysis of proteome expression are invited to apply for the position which starts in the summer of 2013. Fellows will participate in ongoing multi-disciplinary proteomics projects, such as statistical methods for targeted Multiple Reaction Monitoring (MRM) assay development and collaborate with researchers on the applications of these methods to translational studies.

Position Qualifications: Candidates should have a PhD, MD, or equivalent, strong background in statistics/biostatistics, and considerable computer programming experience. Funding is restricted to US citizens and permanent residents. Applications from women and members of minority groups are encouraged.

Salary Range: Depends on experience.
