Position Title: Postdoctoral fellow

Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct methodological and collaborative research in statistical genomics with applications in genetic studies of eye-related diseases.

Position Qualifications: PhD in statistics /biostatistics /genetics /computational biology. This position will be supported by the NIH "Ophthanlmic Statistical Genetics and Bioinformatics Training Program" funded by the National Eye Institute. Applications from minority students are encouraged. Post-doctoral applicants s hould have a doctoral degree in statistics/biostatistics, computational biology, ophthalmology/genetic epidemiology or a related field. Eligibility for the training grant includes U.S. citizens, non-citizen nationals, and permanent residents. The program will support post-doctoral students with a stipend.
