Company Information: The Center for Biostatistics at The Ohio State University provides statistical support to the Wexner Medical Center, the Comprehensive Cancer Center, the Center for Clinical and Translational Science, the five health sciences colleges, biomedical investigators throughout the university and biomedical researchers outside the university. Our mission is to provide collaborative support in all areas of biostatistical expertise, including study design, data management, and statistical analysis of clinical, epidemiological, and laboratory research data. Position Title: Senior Biostatistical Scientist (high dimensional data focus)

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will collaborate on study design with an emphasis on grant proposals, provide general support for data analysis, and conduct methods research. Candidate must possess expertise in high dimensional data methods, especially in the area of sequence data.

Position Qualifications: PhD in biostatistics/statistics or related field, expertise in high dimensional data methods, especially in the area of sequence data, and excellent written and oral communication skills required. Five or more years experience preferred.
