Position Title: Doctoral-Level Biostatistician

Duties & Responsibilities: Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a doctoral-level biostatistician to join an existing group of 19 faculty. Departmental members engage in collaborative research with investigators studying the full spectrum of problems in cancer research, and pursue their independent research interests (see http://www.mskcc.org/biostat). The current interests of the faculty include methodology for clinical trials, epidemiologic studies, genomics, statistical genetics, diagnostic test evaluations, survival analysis, computer intensive methods, hierarchical modelling, and Bayesian techniques. Positions as post-doctoral fellow are also available.

Position Qualifications: The successful applicant must have a strong commitment to statistical collaborations with medical or basic science investigators, excellent communication skills, and an interest in pursuing independent methodological research.
