Position Title:
Postdoctoral Research Position in Environmental Statistics
Duties & Responsibilities:
The position is in the Department of Biostatistics at Harvard School of Public Health and involves methodological and applied work on statistical methods for data arising from environmental health studies. Examples include but are not limited to methods for analysis of high-throughput genomic and epigenetic data in population-based environmental health studies, spatial-temporal modeling of environmental exposures and disease outcomes, and health effects of complex mixtures. The work will involve both methodological research and close collaboration with environmental health researchers.
Position Qualifications:
Qualifications are a PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or computer science with strong programming skills in R, Matlab, or C, as well as good written and oral communication skills. Applications from minority and female candidates are especially encouraged. Harvard University is an AA/EOE.
