Position Title: faculty

Duties & Responsibilities: The Cleveland Clinic is seeking an additional member to join its multidisciplinary group in Quantitative Health Sciences (QHS). The current multidisciplinary group has 19 faculty and over 90 total members. Areas of research application include biostatistics, clinical trials, statistical genetics and bioinformatics, statistical computing, predictive modeling, quality of life assessment, economic evaluation. Successful candidates must have excellent written and verbal skills with the ability and desire to conduct collaborative research. The successful applicant must have demonstrated ability to collaborate on research in: -health care economics, -economic evaluation, and -analysis of large population registries (e.g., SEER)

Position Qualifications: A PhD in a relevant area, or an MD with relevant advanced training, is required. The candidate is expected to conduct independent research (i.e., write lead-authored, methodological, papers). The level of appointment will be commensurate with experience of the candidate. Minimal formal teaching of our Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine medical students is expected.
