Position Title: Postdoctoral Fellow

Duties & Responsibilities: The fellow will engage in statistical method development in genetic epidemiology, e.g., the analysis of exome sequencing data, next generation sequencing data, gene-gene and gene-environment interactions. The fellow will also participate in collaborative genetic epidemiology studies in childhood leukemia and premature birth. Depending on the fellow’s interest, he/she can also have opportunities to participate in methodology and substantive research in breast cancer risk prediction and breast cancer screening.

Position Qualifications: Ph.D. in a quantitative field, e.g., statistics, biostatistics, statistical genetics, proficiency in Linux/Unix and computing in statistical software and high-level programming language such as C, as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Experience in analyzing genetic and genomic data is helpful but not required.
