Position Title: Postdoctoral Fellow

Duties & Responsibilities: This is a two-year postdoctoral position in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. There will be a possibility of renewal for additional years, based on circumstances at the time of renewal. The research associate will be working directly with Drs. Ayman Fanous and Brion Maher on projects utilizing next-generation sequence analysis of neuropsychiatric disorders. The fellow will cooperate closely with both local and remote collaborators.

Position Qualifications: Position Qualifications: Interested candidates should have a PhD in statistical genetics, biostatistics, genetics or a related field, as well as considerable programming experience in R and PERL. Familiarity with genetic association, linkage, and especially, next-generation sequence analysis software is highly desirable. Experience in analysis of very large datasets is essential.
