Position Title:
Postdoctoral Fellow - Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics
Duties & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated individual for a POSTDOC position in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. This position involves (1) developing statistical methodology for pre-processing microRNA sequence data, and (2) conducting rigorous analysis of genomics data from tumor biology studies to address clinical hypotheses. Position Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in (bio)statistics, bioinformatics, or a related field. - Proficiency in R and familiarity with Bioconductor. - Strong motivation and excellent communication skills. Additional Qualifications: - Research experience in statistical analysis of genomics data. - Knowledge of C++ and perl.
