Position Title:
Statistician / Senior Statistician
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Build advanced statistical models for customer targeting and segmentation that will optimize acquisition/retention efforts and increase profitability • Collaborate and communicate with business partners to identify business problems and opportunities including segmentation, targeting, ROI analysis, customer acquisition, attrition/retention/loyalty, advertising effectiveness analysis, and market mix • Analyze individual-level online, offline and mobile data and develop customized customer engagement strategies across multiple marketing channels • Develop and implement experimental designs to test campaign parameters such as price point, creative, premium, and customer segment to improve marketing efficiency and drive profitability
Position Qualifications:
• Ph.D. in Statistics or related disciplines • 2+ years of work experience in statistical modeling, data mining and database marketing • Knowledge of statistical techniques including logistic regression, cluster analysis, decision tree methods, factor analysis and survival analysis • Web analytics and digital marketing experience a plus • Strong SAS programming skills • Proven project management, presentation and written communication skills
