Position Title:
Health Services Researcher
Duties & Responsibilities:
Candidate must have demonstrated research interest in perioperative outcomes and quality measurement. Must demonstrate potential for independent and collaborative research. Expected to establish an independent line of research, and collaborate with anesthesiology faculty on clinical research projects. Expected to participate in the teaching mission of the department, including the mentoring of medical students, residents, and faculty.
Position Qualifications:
Should have a PhD in health services research, health economics, statistics, or a doctoral degree in a closely related field. Expertise working with large data sets is preferred. Should have a minimum of one year of post-doctoral research experience with a record of significant scholarly activity.
