Position Title:
Sr. Manager/ Director Operations Strategy - Statistical Optmization
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Company is seeking a Sr. Manager of Operations Strategy. The key responsibility of this role is to optimize the dialer algorithms and staffing models in a manner that maximizes resolutions (e.g., # modifications, # foreclosure alternatives) subject to business constraints. Staffing models would be designed to minimize required FTE while achieving resolution targets subject to business defined SLAs (e.g., <15 second ASAs, <2% abandonment rate, 99%+unique outbound penetration, 99%+ BTTC adherence). In simple terms, this individual will determine when to call, who to call and how often to call our customers. The model needs to be flexible to accommodate business changes in SLA levels. To properly specify the optimization problem, several data sets will need consideration: agent utilization, average handle times, agent maturity, optimal outbound calling frequencies, best time to call, early delinquency indicators, right party contact rates, appointment setting behavior, resolution rates and other variables as appropriate. This individual will directly manage a team of Operations Strategy and Dialer Operations personnel. The role will have a high level of exposure to senior management across Ocwen globally. The candidate will play a key role in: (1) developing Ocwen’s dialer strategy, (2) optimizing dialer operations and settings, (3) specifying, deploying and validating models of inbound and outbound call volumes, (4) maintaining up-to-date working knowledge of call center research and technology trends, (5) leveraging empirical and theoretical knowledge of call traffic patterns to project call center staffing requirements and (6) presentation of findings to senior management on a broad range of dialer and operational issues
