Position Title:
Post-Doctoral Research Fellow (ML 25003)
Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will perform methodological research under the guidance of Dr. Holly Janes to develop methodology for evaluating biomarkers to select patient treatment and for evaluating the vaccine efficacy. The research will consist of theoretical development, statistical programming and simulation, and application of methods for data analysis. The products of the research will be peer-reviewed publications led by the post-doctoral fellow.
Position Qualifications:
PhD in biostatistics or statistics; strong theoretical background and programming skills, including R; proficiency in statistical computing; strong oral and written communication skills; independent, well-organized, self-motivated, and interested in methodological research. A background in biomarker methodology, survival analysis, and/or clinical trials methodology is a plus.
Salary Range:
This is a full time position, with salary based on the NIH payscale
