Position Title:
Research Associate in Medical Statistics
Duties & Responsibilities:
A research associate position is available on the MRC funded project “Designing and analysing multi-arm multi-stage clinical trials with one or more endpoints”. The appointment will be working at the MRC Biostatistics Unit, Cambridge under the supervision of Dr Jack Bowden and Dr James Wason. The position is funded for 3 years, with a start date of 1 September 2012, or as soon as possible thereafter.
Position Qualifications:
Applicants should have, or be close to completing, a PhD in Statistics or related discipline. Good programming skills are essential and experience with adaptive or group sequential trials is desirable.
