Computational Biology Group Leader
Duties & Responsibilities:

Dow AgroSciences seeks a Computational Biology group leader. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN, USA. The successful candidate will interact with employees across Dow AgroSciences’ R&D functions. Key job responsibilities will include; - people management - interaction with key stakeholders - strategy setting - proactively driving project identification and software capability development to mine biological datasets. Topics of interest include; - inferring accurate biological networks from large datasets - systems biology - sequence analyses - comparative genomics - functional genomics - metagenomics - experiment design - analyses of high throughput “omics” datasets - image analyses, feature selection - probabilistic modeling, graph theory - machine learning - remote sensing - chemometrics
Position Qualifications:
