Position Title: Postdoctoral Fellow

Duties & Responsibilities: The Department of Biostatistics in the Division of Quantitative Sciences at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center has one post-doc position open for biostatistics research in Survival Analysis. The postdoctoral fellow will work under the supervision of  Dr. Xuelin Huang. The primary research focus will be survival analysis clinical trial design mixed models and analysis for high throughput data. 

Position Qualifications: Ph.D. degree in statistics/biostatistics or related quantitative fields; Strong
theoretical training in statistics/biostatistics; strong programming skills; interest in statistical 
methodology research. Interest in bioinformatics is a plus. Expertise/Skills in the following areas are desirable: MCMC computation experience in R; mixed models; statistical computation.

Salary Range: $65000 USD
