Company Information: The School of Rural Public Health is seeking two biostatisticians for tenure track positions in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. Applicants with interest in cancer prevention and treatment rural health health disparities and obesity global public health environmental and water quality areas are strongly encouraged to apply. These positions will be expected to contribute to the research teaching and service mission of the Department and the School. Current departmental statistical expertise is in biological processes statistical genetics survival and longitudinal data analysis and statistical computing. Faculty members actively collaborate with colleagues in the College of Medicine Veterinary Medicine and other departments of the school. There are also close collaborations with the Department of Statistics at Texas A&M University with the potential for joint appointments.

Position Title: Two open rank tenure track faculty positions. These positions are 12-month open-rank and state-funded with a start date of August 2010.
