Information: The
Quantitative Sciences Unit is a new
biostatistical unit in the Department of Medicine at Stanford
University. The goals of the unit are to collaborate with faculty in
the Department of Medicine on cutting edge medical research. Position Title: Biostatistician Duties & Responsibilities: Duties include database management and coordination statistical programming consulting and the interpretation and dissemination of results. Position Qualifications: The applicant should hold a masters degree in Statistics Biostatistics or a related field and should have at least two years of experience manipulating large databases and doing data analysis. The applicant should have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
