Position Title: Investigator Biostatistician

Duties & Responsibilities: The Biostatistics Unit Group Health Research Institute is seeking candidates for a faculty position in Biostatistics at the Assistant Associate or Senior level. The biostatistician will have the opportunity to collaborate with epidemiological and health services researchers in a variety of areas including cancer women’s health preventive care and/or behavioral medicine. The position also includes the opportunity to pursue independent research.

Position Qualifications: Applicants should hold a PhD in Biostatistics or Statistics. Excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong interest in active collaboration on public domain interdisciplinary research studies are required. Experience with methods for missing data causal inference and/or survival analysis is desirable. Appointees will be encouraged to explore affiliation with the Department of Biostatistics at the University of Washington once they are established.
