Position Title: Research and Biostatics Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities: Provides leadership and technical support for research and data analysis for an institutional research program. Responsible for supporting the development of faculty, resident, and staff skills related to research, data analysis, and problem solving. Assists residency programs in meeting PinnacleHealth System's requirements for residency training as developed by the Graduate Medical Education Committee, including requirements of the accrediting agency for the programs. (AOA/ACGME/CPME). Provides education and biostatistical analysis in support of clinical research studies. Promotes data-driven decisions for internal clinical quality improvement activities through the validation of clinical data and analysis of results, and functions as a member of multidisciplinary teams to provide epidemiologic information.

Position Qualifications: Requirements - PhD in Bio Statistics is preferred, we will consider a Master's degree. - Three years of experience working with residents or medical students preferred.
