Position Title:
Assistant Professor of Biostatistics (tenure track)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Faculty typically teach 2-3 classes per year, conduct funded research, serve on student thesis and dissertation committees and serve on service-related committees.
Position Qualifications:
Applicants are expected to hold an earned Ph.D., Sc.D., or equivalent degree in biostatistics or statistics. Applicants with interests in all areas of health-related statistical research are encouraged to apply, especially those with expertise in bioinformatics and/or cancer research. Also, applications from individuals with an interest in online teaching are strongly encouraged. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the research, teaching and service mission of the Department and the School.
Salary Range:
commensurate with experience
