Company Information: 722 west 168th, 6th floor New York, NY 10032 The Biostatistics Department, currently chaired by Dr. Roger Vaughan, is a leading center of excellence in biostatistical methods research, collaborative research, and teaching. The department ranked fourth in the nation according to a recent evaluation published in The Chronicle of Higher Education. The faculty have world-recognized strengths in many areas of biostatistical research, including innovative clinical trial design, brain imaging, oncostatistics, statistical genetics, analysis of categorical data, clustered data analysis, empirical Bayes methods, longitudinal analyses, missing data, sequential experimentation, survival analysis, and other areas of application.

Position Title: Assistant Professor (tenure and non-tenure)

Duties & Responsibilities: Teaching, mentoring, collaborating in a competitive research environment, capability to seek and win independent funding

Position Qualifications: Expertise in one or more of the following research areas: Biostatistics, complex computing, statistical informatics, functional data analysis, statistical methods for complex adaptive systems, aging, life course processes, environmental data.

Salary Range: Commensurate with experience and ability
