A postdoctoral researcher position is immediately available in the  group of Prof. Sunduz Keles in the Departments of Statistics and of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at UW Madison. The position involves developing and applying statistical and computational methods for a variety of functional genomic problems with an emphasis on studying transcriptional regulation by integration of high-dimensional genomic data.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics or related disciplines and must have  strong interests in statistical  genomics. Strong programming skills (e.g., R, C, C++,  perl, java), good verbal and written communication skills are required.
